Foggy out there this morning and predictions of thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.

A friend in Salem says she is waiting for a witch or two to float by from all the rain that has fallen down in their town.

Electricity blinked on and off several times in areas of Floyd County Tuesday night, the result of thunderstorms in New River Valley and areas just east of Interstate 77.

Forecasts call for possible heavy thunderstorms through Friday afternoons with some possible relief for the weekend.

We shall see.
