The Floyd-Montgomery Jazz Project performing at Oak Grove Pavilion Saturday night.

Oak Grove Pavilion at Floyd’s Zion Lutheran Church closed out its 2014 summer season Saturday night with a performance of the Floyd-Montgomery Jazz Project.

I had hoped to also catch Butch Robins at Dogtown Roadhouse later in the evening but my always problem-prone leg gave out as I was packing to leave Oak Grove and it was all I could do to get home.

A video is in the works on the Floyd-Montgomery Jazz project but it will have to wait until after I rest my leg and body.  The photo above is a capture of a video frame from the show.

  1. Doug…so sorry to hear about your leg. Happy to hear the Oak Grove Jazz Show went well. I was at the Butch Robins show @ Dogtown.Wow…the place was full and it was one of those rare shows where you could have heard a pin drop. I bet he’ll be back.
