Capacity crowd at Oddfellas Cantina in Floyd Saturday night. Part came from the Old Time Fiddler's Convention in Galax and some from an afternoon event at Chateau Morriisette winery.

Charley Coleman, owner of Presidio Arts in Floyd, dropped by the table to note that "there were a lot of BMWs in town today."

BMWs? Oh oh. Maybe we should do a vehicle brand count on weekends. When the BMWs and Land Rovers outnumber the Subarus and Jeeps it's time to head for the hills.

Except that we're already in the hills.
