Wednesday night patrons at Oddfellas couldn't help but notice the photographer lurking in the shadows and the persistant flashes of light from remote strobe units captured Bernie Coveney and Abe Goorskey entertaining diners.

Southern Living Magazine is in Floyd this week working on a feature about the town. I ran into their photographer (right) on the street, in the Country Store and at Oddfellas for dinner.

And, yes, that was a video crew filming scenes around town on Monday. And, no, we can't tell you who they were and what they were doing. It's a secret.

Let's just say news about Floyd will be popping up in places where you least expect it.
