The yard at Chateau Thompson is starting to look like a wilderness area.  Grass way too high, weeds out of control.

Our John Deere mower is down for repair, waiting for parts.  The three-and-a-half acre sloping yard is too much of a challenge for a push mower.  I’ve managed to keep the lower, level part trimmed along with a patch in front of the house but the rest is an overgrown jungle.

The neighbors are probably looking at the yard and wondering what is going on but I’m stalled until the needed parts arrive to get the mower back into the game.
