An overflow crowd said goodbye to Tom Ryan at Gardner Funeral Home in Floyd Wednesday night then most marched in a parade down Locust Street to Dogtown Roadhouse for a celebration of his life.
It was an evening mixed with sadness and celebration of the life of a man who made an impact on Floyd and many people as family, friends and town notables packed the two hours of visitation, the service and the celebration.
Ryan will be missed.
