Java jive

Stopped by my favorite Arlington coffee shop (Common Grounds) for some good coffee and even better conversation. Common Grounds draws an eclectic blend of regulars -- cops, spooks from the nearby Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency operation, hippies who never really left the 60s and techies who take advantage of the shop's free Wi-Fi service. Plus the coffee is good, not the bitter swill that yuppie joints like Starbucks tries to pass off on a gullible public.

I’ll miss Common Grounds when we leave here in a few weeks. Fortunately, Floyd also has a good java joint — Cafe del Sol. It will become my new home away from home.
