With Spring 0nly a day away, Floyd Countians faced fog and ice Monday and Tuesday was set to dawn foggy.  Spring arrives Wednesday and the temperature is headed downwards with an ominous forecast of a possible “winter event” this Sunday.

Winter, it seems, will not go away.
