Floyd County High School basketball alumni spanning many years returned to the basketball court Saturday for the annual charity game for HOPE in the memory of Joshua Cantrell.
Three games provided a chance to the alumni to show they still had prowess on the court — one for the ladies and two for men.
In the girls’ game, basketball coach Alan Cantrell provided a lot of levity when he would suddenly jump on the court, intercept passes and return the ball to his team. The referees of course looked the other way.
