As I write this. The weather box on the front page of Blue Ridge Muse says the temperature is 49 degrees. That's five degrees warmer than the 44 here in Johns Creek, GA, in Fulton County north of Atlanta.
On Monday morning, freezing temperatures greeted Floyd Countians while the weather down here was downright balmy.
I'm packing the car and heading back to Floyd where it's warm(er).
