I did something incredibly stupid today: I lost my temper with a poster and "outed" him with his name and affiliation. That was both unprofessional and unforgivable.

I've been on edge the past few days because of a bout with what I thought was just chronic bronchitis but the word came today that I'm suffering from pneumonia (the "walking" kind). I've had it before. Seems I have it again.

But that's no excuse for letting someone get under my skin. I was too touchy and too sensitive to criticism and I should have left it alone. I didn't. That was a mistake.

My apologies to the poster, "DB" for doing so. The post that identified him has been removed along with a follow up post that discussed where he worked.

My personal apologies to our readers as well. I should have stayed home and in bed today. That's where I'm headed right now.
