Good music and no rain at Concert in the Park

The clouds parted,, the sun came out and the rain stayed away Sunday for the Floyd Town Jubilee’s monthly Concert in the Park Series.

Although the threatening weather hurt the size of the crowd, those who did come out enjoyed a round of free music from The Jeff Little Trio, The Whitetop Mountaineers, the Deer Run Drifters and Scott Perry’s Student Ensemble.

Our congratulations to those who made the show happen.

  1. Floyd has such a great park, wonderful talent; I’m afraid the switch up schedule was too hard to promote and draw people out. Concert in the Park deserves a bigger audience, thanks for the video; my goodness that Whitetop Mountaineer can dance!
