
Mistakes cost the Floyd County Buffaloes the season opener against Carroll County Friday night as the Cavaliers broke 14-14 tie a tie early in the second quarter and then cruised to a 55-14 victory.
Penalties and a critical fumble allowed Carroll County to score their first four touchdowns and erased leads from Floyd County there were 7-0 in the first quarter and then 14-7 in the second.
