FCHS varsity volleyballers pick up a home win against Bassett

090413volleyball1Floyd County High School’s varsity volleyball team scored a 3-2 win over Bassett at home Tuesday, bringing their record to 2-1.

The team’s loss came against Galax in the season opener.  The Lady Buffs face Basset again on Thursday.

(Update:  The Lady Buffs lost to Galax for a second time Thursday, bringing their record to 2-2.)
