Rain falling at 5:00 a.m. Tuesday with the threat of snow and freezing rain during the day.
The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory for Floyd County and surrounding areas that remains in effect until 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Accumulation of snow? One to two inches, NWS says, and temperatures Tuesday night into the 20s.
Winter continues.

More accurately Doug, Fall continues. There are still 9 days left after today until we even start Winter!
Up in NoVA and D.C. everything shut down, even the US government, because 2-3 inches of snow fell. Ha ha ha ha ha!
