There’s no business like snow business

120809snowEnough snow fell Saturday night to leave a coating of white on lawns and roads when the sun came up Sunday but, with temperatures forecast in the 40s for the day and a warmer-than-usual low of about 30 overnight most of the accumulation of a half-inch and more is expected to disappear soon.

With Monday’s high also expected at six degrees or so above freezing, most of the white stuff should vanish thermometer dips to around four degrees overnight both Monday and Tuesday with sub-freeing highs Tuesday and Wednesday and eight degrees forecast for Wednesday night.

Starting Thursday, highs are expected into the 40s and 50s for the next six days.
