One more semi-warm day and the area plunges back into winter.
The temperatures this morning (around 43 degrees) will the high and the thermometer will start dropping
With a projected low of seven degrees overnight Monday and seven degrees tonight, Tuesday will bring highs around 25 with a second-night in a row single-digit low of nine degrees followed by another say of the same on Wednesday.
Then the start of a slow climb back into a projected high of 39 on Thursday and 49 for Friday — the last day of January.
The first day of February is expected to be in the 50 and temperatures are currently forecast in the 40s for the following four days.
Should be a dry week with rain in the forecast for Saturday and a chance of snow next week.

Like Mark Twain said, “Everybody complains about the weather but no one does anything about it.” Another of my favorites though unrelated to weather, “Man is the only animal that blushes. Or needs to.”
