Accepted a contract for sale of the condo this morning. We close on November 29. The buyers are investors with a good track record so we don’t expect any glitches there.

Did we get what we wanted? Yes and then some. We walk away with a substantial profit from an ivestment that looked iffy at best 23 years ago. Are we happy? Damn right.

The adventure that has been life in Washington is about to close. A new one is already underway in the mountains of Virginia.
