
With four players scoring in double digits, the Floyd County High School Buffaloes powered by a tough and determined Giles County 83-78 at home Wednesday night.
Caleb Tanner scored 36 points with half of those coming from six three-point shots, Will Cook downed 15, Preston Neukirch added 14 including a trio of three pointers and Justin Cundiff rounded out the quartet with 10 points, including two three point shots.
The win the Senior Night home game brought the Buffaloes record to 14-3 for the season.
After a close first half in the opening game, the FCHS JV Buffs piled in on the second half and brought home a strong, 57-37 win.
