Janet Turner & Friends, The Friday Night Old Time Band and Jason Harris & Friends on stage in this week’s Friday Night Jamboree.

David Childers appears at Dogtown Roadhouse at 8 p.m. Friday.

On Saturday, “Songwriters in the Round” at Americana Afternoon at the Floyd Country Store at noon, hosted by Brett Mistele and joined by David Simpkins, Greg Trafdlo, Ron Ireland and Mike Pearell along with backup vocals by Kathy Acosta.  The show runs through 3 p.m.

Tyler Nail appears at Dogtown at 8 p.m.

On Sunday, SustainFloyd closes out its 2014 movie series with the documentary, “Ground Operations: Battlefields to Farmfields,” a story of American combat veterans who transitions to careers as farmers, ranchers and artisans.  It starts at 6:30 p.m. and the $5 admission is waited for veterans.
