FloydFest 14 kicks off Wednesday for a five-day run just off the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Music kicks off with the Deer Run Drifters on the Pink Floyd Garden Stage at 4:30 p.m. and other groups on the first day include Massive Grass, Riverbank Ramblers and Annabelle’s Curse running until midnight on three stages.
Events at the Dreaming Creek Stage starts Thursday at 4:00 p.m. but other groups begin the day with yoga at 8 a.m. at the Speakeasy Stage and a full day of activities at eight stages and other buildings and tents.
Sam Bush goes on stage at 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
Friday brings Lord Huron to the Dreaming Creek stage at 8:30 p.m. and Brandi Carlile at 10:30 p.m. As on Thursday, activities get underway at 8:00 a.m. and to through 3:00 a.m.
Grace Potter headlines at Dreaming Creek Stage on Saturday at 10:45 a.m. Saturday. Again, events start early in the morning and continue until the wee hours of Sunday.
Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell close out the Dreaming Creek stage schedule Sunday with a 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. show but music will continue on other stages until 10 p.m.

The festival returns to use of Chateau Morrisette’s parking lots this year and local groups like The Floyd Rotary Club and others will help out.
