Boy Scout buses ferried fans to and from lots, including the “alpha” lot of Chateau Morrisette. The musical mix included country and local bands and the smaller crowds were easy going and manageable.
Grace Potter’s late night concert on Saturday was the biggest draw but no day of the festival reported a sellout and one longtime fan said he did not run into a full parking lot on any of his five days at the festival.
First timers and veterans agreed that it was one of the better festivals in FloydFest’s 14 years.
