Floyd County High School’s Buffaloes celebrated homecoming Friday with a 42-20 thumping of Eastern Montgomery.

The Buffaloes led the Mustangs 28-0 at the half, giving the crowd reason to celebrate and cheer the crowning of a new homecoming queen on a cool and clear October night.

Quarterback Brady Underwood found receivers in 13 of 18 passes for 179 yards and three touchdowns and Ian Berry caught nine tosses for 122 yards and three TDs.  Hunter Keith added 70 yards and two touchdowns while Jarrett Agee scored on a 94-yard run.

A good night for the Buffs now with a 2 and 5 record and 1-1 in district.
