
Paper covers the windows of the corner location of the Winter Sun as work continues on converting the former home of Cafe del Sol into the new home of Dogtown Pizza.
Just up Locust Street, Tom Ryan readies his Republic of Floyd Emporium for its grand opening on March 31 while Natasha’s Market Cafe heads for its opening next week in the former Over the Moon coffee shop.
Rick Boucher is coming to town next week as well for the former opening ceremony of the Station at South Locust on Locust Street across from the Floyd Country Store, which is handing out free samples of its new breakfast menu Saturday.
Looks like a busy Spring for our sleepy little town.
