Author Jennifer Brody read from her new science-fiction novel, The 13th Continuum, at Floyd-Montgomery Library Saturday as part of a promotion tour for her debut novel.

Brody is the daughter of Jonathan and Jeri Rogers of Floyd.  She is an honors graduate of Harvard and lives in Los Angeles.
