Another Spring, another routine of afternoon and evening thunderstorms, another losing battle with the 450 feet of incline hell called our driveway.

The winter that wouldn’t end did significant damage to the driveway and it took a lot of work and care with a box grader to bring it back but this week’s hard rains have left us awash in ruts, gullies and lost gravel.

We need at least three rain-free days to let the mess dry out enough to move the gravel back onto the driveway and regrade but the weather forecast is not promising.

Or maybe I should just rent the thing out as an ATV and dirt bike trail.
