Music, open houses and Santa Claus holding court are part of weekend activities as Christmas approahes in just a week.
Floyd County woke up this Friday morning with temperatures down to about 10 degress and will climb up to only the upper 20s for the day but should be warmer on Saturday with a projected hight in the mid 50s on Saturday with a low of 51 with a high of 54 on Sunday with rain before dropping down into the mid to lower 20s for Sunday night.
