A chance of some snow flurries. That’s what the talking heads on the tube said. Flurries. So what’s all this white stuff on the ground once again? Does this look like flurries? Why don’t the guys who claim to “forecast” the weather take their eyes off their doppler radar screens once in a while and stick their noses outside and take a look at the real weather?

It also seems we have a “snow advisory” until noon along with a high wind advisory until 4 pm? Hate to let these folks in on a little secret but we had high winds around here last night. The wind howled, the windows rattled and limbs are scattered throughout the yard.

All right. Time to ‘fess up. Who pissed off Mother Nature. The official arrival of Spring is nine days away. Sure doesn’t look like it outside.
