Soaking rains hit Floyd off and on Saturday but gave a short break early in the evening to let the Floyd Volunteer Fire Department Station 1 to stage its Spring 2018 Ignite Floyd benefit in Lineberry Park — at least for the first two hours before the water started falling again.

Morgan Wade & the Stepbrothers headlined the show that began in the park and then moved inside Dogtown Roadhouse, where the entrance fees went to the Fire Department.

Jessica Morris and Jake Sparks kicked off the evening.
