The Rubber Ducks hit the water Saturday on this last weekend of August 2019 with the Chamber of Commerce Annual Rubber Duck Race On the Water on Little River on Thunderstruck. Saturday evening brings the Whitetop Mountain Band to The Floyd Country Store and the Wildmans at Dogtown — all part of the music and more on another busy weekend in and around Floyd County.
