Chance to close out the Small Town Summer season

Chance McCoy and his band closes out the 2019 season of Floyd's Small Town Summer concerts.
Chance McCoy: Now a solo act after a stint with the Old Crow Medicine Show in Nashville.

Floyd’s Small Town Summer concert series closed out its summer season Thursday night with great weather and great music to an appreciative audience.

Fiddler and singer Chance McCoy, who left Floyd to join the Old Crow Medicine Show for several years, came back to this part of the Crooked Road Music Trail with a new solo act and with pickup musicians and an expanded music style.

He showcased the last show of this summer season and joined with front act Miss Tess & The Talkbacks for the tail end of their set.

An interesting evening of music to close out the season.  More photos and an expanded story in the next edition of The Floyd Press.

Did she come to see and hear the music or text on her smartphone?
Part of the crowd on a gorgeous Thursday afternoon and evening.
