Virginia virus increase drops again, down to 1,700 with 42 new deaths

The increase is the first time in weeks that the number was below 2,000 while peaking at more than 6,000 at one point. Floyd County's infections dropped 1, so did Radford. Roanoke Valley is up by just 10.
