The Floyd County Sheriff’s Department is hosting an informational meeting for parents and students at the Floyd County High School auditorium Thursday at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the growing problem with crystal methamphetamine.

Crystal meth is easy to make, highly addictive and has one of the lowest recovery rates of any drug abuse (only 7 percent). Its use in Floyd County is abundant and growing.
