Stopped by the Floyd County Store for a cup of coffee after a long bike ride Saturday afternoon and relaxed to the music of Dave Fason, Mike Kovic and Rusty May — three quarters of the group Windfall.

They were playing as part of the store’s Americana music series on Saturdays and the free concerts remind all of us that the area’s abundance of musical talent is still a large part of what makes Floyd so unique.
