Gov. Bob McDonnell has a message for all of us: If you don’t have to go out, stay off the roads and don’t leave home.
Give the Virginia Department of Transportation a chance to clear the roads. Given VDoT‘s record of service since the agency’s reorganization earlier this year, we we could we talking weeks or even months before we see clear roads again, suggesting we might see each other sometime in March and April?
OK, so maybe it won’t be that bad and he the line worker out there is working his or her butt off trying to keep the roads clear but what what we really have to worry about are the suits in Richmond who made decisions without looking outside a window or stepping out into the weather..
I wonder if Gov. McDonnell will be out shoveling any snow today. Oh, he will be shoveling something but it will be brown, not white.
