After two delays from thunderstorms, Small Town 4th of July began an hour late Thursday at Warren G. Lineberry Park in downtown Floyd with big band music from Sway Katz and, even, sunshine. The crowd began to build into the evening to listen, dance and enjoy the nation”s holiday.
